Neil Simpson

Bass player extraordinaire, took up playing at the age of twelve. Neil is a permanent member of The Climax Blues Band. He has also toured regularly with Ruby Turner, and was part of John Mayall's Bluesbreakers in 1999, around this time also touring with Peter Green, and has been a member of Stan Webb's Chicken Shack, and with the late Bernie Marsden (Whitesnake).Neil plays 4, 5 , 6 and 12 string basses. He has been writing and recording a solo project, which we are all waiting to hear.
